We have a list of tables here for creating demons. Start by rolling for each body part, then determine its intelligence and the thing that motivates it. These are entirely aesthetic tables; hit points and damage need to be determined depending on what system and what level you are running this for.

You may not want to use this just for demons. These can be used for aliens or gods or simply something you want to draw. You might decide that something awful needs to happen to a player character and roll on the "heads" table to see what their head turns into upon eating a very dodgy looking apple. You might need motivation for an evil NPC and jump down to the "The Motivation" table. You may simply be interested in seeing what horrible pit monster pops up when someone casts a summoning spell or decides to have a chat with something through a portal.
For the Summon spell, in Lamentations of the Flame Princess, I would always recommend this useful web page here. But, if you want something different in appearance then the tables below will be just for you!
If you want to add a little extra, roll a D8 for each table to see how many of that appendage your demon gets.
